| ALIGNMENT AND POSITIONING USING 3D LASER PROJECTORS. |

LAP 3D laser projectors display true to scale outlines, templates, shapes or patterns generated by CAD data.
On curved or structured surfaces they project one or several objects that have to be placed, aligned or nested. The projected outlines help to reduce crop, to improve quality and to save time.
The system has to be calibrated before starting to work. If the tool and its rough position are known to the system, only the first one or two targets have to be captured manually, the rest works automatically. Calibration is done with reflecting targets.
