The production of plastics offers a wide field for the use of laser metrology and laser projection.
On flat products, you may measure thickness, width, cross-profile or length. On long products you may measure diameter or straightness.
If semi-finished products are entered in machining centers, laser line generators or laser template projectors may be suitable for alignment and positionning.
LAP has no solutions for transparent or translucent materials.
