Besides applications and customized solutions LAP also offers components - from own production.
In the area of measurement these are sensors for
displacement and diameter.
Using these gages, LAP builds applications to measure dimensions as thickness, width,
height, length, ovality,
straightness,
contour or flatness.
Laser projectors display outlines or templates, which most of the time are defined by CAD data. The visible shape is produced by a fast moving laser spot that follows an outline.
The mirrors deflecting the beam work fast enough to produce the impression of a closed contour.
Unlike projectors, line laser work with fixed beams. The laser spot coming from a diode is transformed by lenses to display a point, line or cross. A special solution is the LAP
SERVOLASER. One housing contains a combination of fixed and movable laser modules. The position of the movable lasers can be controlled by PLC or manually.
