The LAP Ethernet UDP Gateway connects LAP SERVOLASER to the network card of a PC.
On the SERVOLASER side, the Gateway communicates via RS485 bus and LAP SynchroNet protocol. On Ethernet side, data traffic follows UDP protocol.

The LAP Profibus DP Gateway is used to connect one or several SERVOLASER to a Profibus DP network. It works as slave at Profibus DP and supports DP extensions V1 concerning parametrizing, configuration and diagnosis.
Neither acyclic nor crossing data traffic nor alerts are supported.
The module is addressed as compact module with fixed bandwidth of 16 bytes in / 8 bytes out in the GSD directory. Only these configuration telegramms are accepted.
