Before the buying decision we discuss your application in detail. We try to find the best solution for you - and if we don't have it, we try to tell you who might.

Some numbers - like laser power - are difficult to imagine. You don't need to buy by specs - either one of our salesmen visits you, or we send you a sample for testing. If it works the way you want it to, you keep it and we send the invoice. If not, you send it back, and we try something different. Please understand we can't offer samples for customized solutions or whole applications.

After sales we help for a smooth operation of your lasers and sensors. Please have a look at the informations on maintenance on this site and in the manual.
