As a medium-sized enterprise we attach great importance to short decision routes and clear work processes – from the initial idea through to the product launch on the market. In order to ensure this, we draw up individual integration plans for every new employee.

A special introductory programme gives you information on all the processes, relationships and possibilities at your new place of work. Personnel Management, the management staff and the colleagues are there to help you, particularly in your first few weeks, if you have any questions or want to find out more about topics such as working hours, safety at work, company sports or cafeteria. And of course we introduce you to our product range in detail.

After this familiarisation phase, you are well prepared for your work with us so that you can really get started!
