Health policy
We consider it our responsibility to protect and promote the health of our employees. We recognize that long-term economic success is only possible with healthy and motivated employees. This understanding shapes many of our actions and is actively exemplified by management, ensuring consistent implementation across all areas of LAP.
Occupational health and safety system:
In Germany, we have established a comprehensive management system to ensure occupational health and safety. Workplaces are fitted out according to ergonomic criteria and the individual requirements of the employees.
Company physician:
A company physician is available to employees in Germany as a confidential contact for occupational health issues.
Labor law
At LAP, compliance with labor law regulations is of the highest priority. We ensure the implementation and observance of local legal requirements across all our entities, among other measures, through our standardized employee handbooks. These handbooks provide clear guidelines, for example on equal treatment, and ensure that we meet the legal framework conditions at all our locations.
To further strengthen compliance, we keep our managers informed about current developments in labor law. This includes regular consultations, targeted support, and tailored training sessions or updates. In this way, we empower our managers to handle relevant legal matters confidently and to foster a culture of awareness and accountability.
