Occupational health and safety system:
In Germany, we have established a comprehensive management system to ensure occupational health and safety. Workplaces are fitted out according to ergonomic criteria and the individual requirements of the employees.
Company physician:
A company physician is available to employees in Germany as a confidential contact for occupational health issues.
Labor law
At LAP, compliance with labor law is a core priority. We ensure adherence to local labor regulations at all our Entitys by implementing standardized employee handbooks tailored to the specific legal requirements of each location. These handbooks provide clear guidance and consistency, helping us align our HR practices with the diverse legal environments in which we operate.
To further strengthen compliance, we keep our managers well-informed about current labor law developments. This includes regular guidance, dedicated support, and tailored training sessions or updates as needed. In doing so, we equip our leadership to navigate relevant legal topics confidently and foster a culture of awareness and accountability.
