Sustainable progress with purpose
Our sustainability strategy, LAP CREATES, sets specific targets to actively drive progress toward a more sustainable future. It focuses on seven material topics, identified through a comprehensive double materiality assessment. We are deeply committed to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles to promote ecological responsibility, social well-being, and corporate governance.
Sustainability board
The LAP Sustainability Board is the driving force behind sustainability within the LAP Group. It is composed of experts from across the ESG areas. The Board supports LAP management by shaping and advancing the Group's sustainability strategy, LAP CREATES, covering Environment, Social, and Governance, and by translating strategic goals into tangible actions.
The Board identifies sustainability-related risks and opportunities, monitors relevant ESG trends and regulatory requirements, and defines measurable sustainability targets while continuously tracking progress.
Beyond that, the Sustainability Board initiates and oversees key sustainability initiatives, including ESG reporting, internal and external audits, and internal knowledge sharing. It also acts as a central point of contact for sustainability-related inquiries from employees, customers, partners, and investors.

In recognition of our commitment to sustainability, ethics, and responsible business practices, we have been awarded the EcoVadis Bronze Medal. This recognition places us among the top companies evaluated by EcoVadis and acknowledges our continuous sustainability efforts.
