LAP GmbH Laser Applikationen sells its subsidiary LAP Sued GmbH to gKteso GmbH

[Lüneburg, 20.12.2023] - In a strategic move to focus on core competences, LAP GmbH Laser Applikationen has sold its subsidiary LAP Sued GmbH, Schwarzenbruck, to the mechatronics specialists for industry and medical technology gKteso GmbH.

This decision secures the continuation of the product portfolio of LAP GmbH Laser Applikationen and ensures uninterrupted customer support in the area of MLC development and projects outside LAP's core business. Both companies are confident in this acquisition and will ensure a seamless integration for customers, employees and suppliers.
